If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the product and get a 100% refund.

If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, 'your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it' & 'It must be in the original packaging'. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
1. Return Pickup:
We offer reverse pickup for all your returns and exchanges requests.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
For prepaid orders - We will issue you a refund within 5 business days from the product reaching us back and it should reflect in your bank account immediately.
For Cash on Delivery/ Discounted orders - All orders placed using a discount coupon or by Cash on delivery as payment method are refunded only in the form of store credit. Store Credit should reflect in your account on the website within 5 business days from the product reaching us back.

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/ Bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Exchanges (if applicable)
All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a refund and purchase the new item separately.
5. Gifts/ Promotional offers
If the item was marked as a gift or is given under any promotional offer free of cost, there will not be any size changes or item exchange.
Kindly note that all the offers/discount/promo codes applicable on Sinderella website are mutually exclusive of one another. One offer cannot be clubbed with another offer. Only one offer/ promo Code is applicable for one purchase.
In case you’ve purchased 2 dress Rs.1999, and return 1 dress, you’ll be charged the full amount for the dress you keep and will receive only the remaining amount as a refund.
7. Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Lingerie, Swimwear.
8. Shipping/ COD Charges:
All refunds will be credited after deducting the shipping/COD charges as applicable.
8. If Return Pickup not available:
In a rare scenario where pickup facility is not available at your area pincode (usually for extreme rural areas), unfortunately you will have to send the parcel back to us. We will refund additional charges borne by you to ship the parcel back to us. Please share courier receipt in this case. Refund will be done for maximum of Rs 80/-

Item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using a reliable courier services to ease track of order. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result to billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage. The return will be closed within 15 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from the customer.
