Who is responsible for your data
Starc Ecom B.V., KvK 91371716, Radarweg 29, 1043 NX Amsterdam, Netherlands, is the controller of your personal data. Email support@fifthavenuelabel.com.
Because we are established in the European Union, the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies to how we handle your data, wherever you live. If you are in the United States, that generally gives you more protection than your state law requires, not less.
What we collect
When you order: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address, phone number if you give one, and the details of what you bought. We do not receive your full card number.
When you contact us: whatever you put in your message, and your email address.
When you visit: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed and how you arrived. See the cookies section.
If you subscribe: your email address and, if you give it, your name.

Who we share it with
Our production and fulfilment partners in the People's Republic of China. To make and ship your order we send them your name, delivery address and the order details. This is a transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area to a country without an EU adequacy decision. We carry out these transfers under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with additional safeguards. You may request a copy of the relevant clauses by emailing us.
Our payment providers, who process your payment and carry out fraud screening.
Our shipping carriers and customs brokers, who need your name and address to deliver and to clear your parcel through US customs.
Our platform and service providers, including our ecommerce platform, email provider and analytics tools.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising in the sense used by US state privacy laws.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law. Support correspondence for three years. Marketing data until you unsubscribe, and then a suppression record so that we do not contact you again. Analytics data for [period].
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can withdraw consent at any time, and unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in it.
Email support@fifthavenuelabel.com. We respond within 30 days. We do not charge for this and we will never treat you differently for asking.
If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
Children
Our site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we hold data about a child, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections throughout, and we limit access to personal data to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data and presents a risk to you, we will tell you.
Changes
We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Where a change is significant, we will email you.
