We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses, and we do not ship internationally at this time.
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No minimum spend, no exceptions.
Most orders arrive within 11 to 23 business days. That is 1 to 3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch, then 10 to 20 business days in transit.
Our garments are made and shipped by our production partners in P.R.C and travel directly to you, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic store.

Yes. Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing us with your order number. We reply with a return authorisation and the address to use. Please do not ship anything back before you have both, because a parcel sent elsewhere cannot be matched to your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
One thing to know before you order: returns travel back to our facility in China at your cost, which is typically $15 to $35 with a tracked service and takes 3 to 6 weeks to arrive. If that postage is a large share of what you paid, email us first and we can usually find a better answer.
Anything faulty, damaged or incorrect is always resolved at our cost, with nothing to send back.
Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may then take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the funds.
If your tracked parcel has been in transit for more than 30 days, send us the tracking number and we will refund you without waiting for it to arrive. You should not be left waiting on a customs queue.
